Over the weekend I photographed the wedding of some dear friends of mine. It is always an honor to shoot a friend’s wedding. As a wedding photographer I usually spend more time with the couple than any of their guests or family members do, so having a pre-existing relationship with the couple can really add an extra dimension to the images I capture.
This was an extra special day for me because it was the first time I have ever worked with my brother, who was in town visiting from Philadelphia. Tim was my second shooter for the day and he did a fantastic job, maybe someday we will have the chance to open our own brother/sister photography company and work together all the time. You can check out Tim’s videography and photography work – including some sweet timelapses – at his website here: Persistence of Vision.
Without further ado, here is a selection of images from Amanda and Zack’s wedding day!
